ECML PKDD 2026 brought the international machine-learning and data-mining community to Naples and the University of Naples Federico II. M.O.D.A.L. contributed both through research and scientific-community activities.
FLIP4Tab — Main Research Track
FLIP4Tab: Federated Latent In-Context Priors for Tabular Data Synthesis was accepted in the Main Research Track and published in the ECML PKDD 2026 proceedings. The work explores federated synthetic-data generation for tabular data through latent in-context priors.
AGENSYS workshop
The group also contributed to AGENSYS — Agentic Systems and Distributed Intelligence, organized together with collaborators from the local AI research community. The workshop addressed emerging agentic and distributed-intelligence paradigms.
This combination of a main-track research contribution and workshop activity reflects the laboratory's work across Federated Learning, Generative AI and distributed intelligent systems.
